Originally an Ottoman apartment building, the family-owned and -operated Blue House was creatively converted into a stylish 26 room hotel, with an eccentric blue wooden facade. Found in the heart of the Sultanahmet, its rooftop restaurant offers a gorgeous panorama across the Bosphorus and Sea of Marmara and a spectacular nighttime display of the Blue Mosque.
